About This Café
Chapter One is the cafe hub inside Te Kete Aronui - Rototuna Library, and it's a great little base if you're working or studying on the go. It's open plan and easy-going, with plenty of seating dotted around and power outlets within reach at most tables, so you can settle in with your laptop and a coffee without much fuss (just note the window tables don't have power, so grab a different spot if you need to charge up). Being part of the library means you've also got natural light pouring in, a play area nearby for the kids, and an outdoor playground just outside if they need to stretch their legs. It's a nice mix of people too - some heads-down working, others catching up over a flat white, students getting through readings - all in a relaxed, sunny space with decent coffee on tap.
